In writing some he was joined by Anthony Cantwell MA, Peter Cobb, Garry Mitchell, and Peter Sprack.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-0f0abfbac8354c6ee72e8377283899c8 wp-block-paragraph\"><em>David maintained these booklets, updating them as new information came to light until he sadly died in 2022.
